AMRA Street Stock "Preliminary" Rules

    Driver, Joel Prosser has been racing for 5 years. He is 29 years old and resides in Alma, W.Va. with his girl friend, Jennifer Peck and her 3 children, Jessica, Donnie, and Stephanie.  Joel has been active in racing since the age of thirteen. He started by helping pit for drivers in various divisions.  His car is a 1985 Monte Carlo. The power is provided by a 404 built by Mark Miller and backed up by a BERT transmission.
